Welcome back! Folks, we’ve reached the end of the month, and honestly, July was a challenging one for me on multiple fronts. This week, I’m gradually getting back into the swing of things, and while I’m excited about the remaining Destiny lore videos, I feel a general hesitation in my workflow to continue. But don’t worry—it’s just my ADHD speaking, as I’m well aware of the considerable work ahead in completing both the Xivu and Taox scripts.
The plan right now is to wrap up the TAOX script and get it recorded, thankfully editing started a month ago, so it’s already pre-prepped and ready to go. Whether it will be finished for this week I don’t know. But keep a look-out.
The Children of ALCA
Last week I talked about Soulframe lore… yeah! It’s safe to say we are hard core locked into the Lore of the Fey and Icon’s. The world in which Soulframe exists is rich expansive and evolving on a frequent basis. As a game It’s what of few RPG experiences I can really get behind. It isn’t a traditional MMORPG, but you also don’t feel alone whilst playing it with live chat channels like Q&Q, Region, or Requiring.
This upcoming video will talk about the world of ALCA which is the core region Soulframe story exists in. DE (Digital Extremes) already have massive plans to expand the map for the finished game. For now however in the Alpha preludes the story exists in this little slice of fantasy.
I have already started scripting this video and there is no race to get it done, but genuinely I am more excited about writing/playing Soulframe right now than I am Destiny videos. This could be because the books I am writing pull of similar themes and getting to tell stories in a fantasy world has been a dream of mine from a young age.
