Secrets to unlocking your potential.

Focus is a big issue for anyone who is on the spectrum. Overstimulation can lead to troubling effects of Noise, colour, sound, people, environment etc, the list is endless!
If you just stumbled onto this article? Then I help to help! Below, I have listened the top three strategies for coping on a daily basis.
But when doing some admin or work that requires serious concentration, here is what I finally can be helpful 👌🏾
- Lofi music 🎧
A great choice to block out or boost productivity. My go-to’s are: Chill Lofi, Study Lofi, Nature Lofi, Meditation Lofi, Sci-fi Lofi, Christian Lofi. Do a YouTube or Spotify search to find what works for you.
Alternatively, I have already done the work for you! And created some custom lofi music to help sooth you.
2. Desktop Colour Scheme
🖤 As a visual neuro-creative (Neurodiverse Creative), a good colour palette means everything! (Ironically, I am colour-blind 🤣), by tweaking your Windows colour scheme. This reduces visual impairment, boost productivity. Additionally, setting the right mood/tone of your desktop. Can help you stay calm.

Try my personal favourite “Dark mode.” doing so can reduce overall screen brightness and alleviate over-focusing.
3. Change of Environment 🌷
Never underestimate the power of standing in the wind or if you can’t open a window. Alternatively, get houseplants (they give oxygen 😉). By visiting settings in Windows 10 or 11, you can change your system theme to dark mode. You can also adjust colours to suit your need.

Stepping outside to “touch grass” or bringing nature into your home can be helpful. These actions help to centre your mind, heart, and soul 🙏🏾.
Sounds like a big deal, right?? A good change of environment? It is important for you as a neurodivergent. Going outside into nature, stimulates your brain activity, fills your body with oxygen and helps to release anxiety or tension.
4. Eat right 🍲
You don’t have to be a health expert. It’s clear that eating Burgers, Fries and snacks for almost every meal will result in poor health.

There is still much about the biology of Neurodiverse individuals, that is poorly understood. Some Psychological and health practitioners don’t understand this.
Certain kinds of foods and supplements are good for people on the spectrum. Promoting good brain activity, mental stability, and hormonal balance. That’s a big one.
You are unique, and your mental ability is NOT a curse. Despite what others have told you. There isn’t a set diet for Neurodiverse people, but a rich diet of organic vegetables and meats. In the right combination, it will have a positive impact on your mental health.
Healthy good and supplements can be a good other to taking medicines.
Please speak to your local health practitioner (Doctor or GP), or Therapist for advice.
5. Prayer and Mindfulness
Have you tried praying? If you haven’t? Now is the perfect time!
NHS studies have observed that a regular practice of prayer and meditation creative a positive impact on Neurodiverse individuals. Helping to calm and centre Spirit, Soul, Mind and Body.

My identity is anchored in Jesus Christ. This is giving me confident assurance and hope in who I have been created to be. And not just that! I can talk to God any time. Why? Because he is always listening. And right now, he is listening to you too!
Look! I’m not here to convert or convince you. What I can say is that no doctor, therapist, guru or advisor can get me to where I am today. I took a risk and now, I can quite literally do all things through the one that gives me hope.
